Creating a thread for general search questions.
A server SHOULD support searching by code on the MeasureReport resource.
How does a search by code work on MeasureReport? I don't see that as a valid search parameter: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/measurereport.html#search
Is this meant to search somewhere in the group? And which "code"?

That search parameter is defined in the IG: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-saner/SearchParameter-SearchParameter-code.html

the unfortunate that the searchParameter (s) only show up on the artifact list in the example section. Will add an issue to make these more clear (likely need an IG builder update?)

Agreed. Thanks for pointing this out, I didn't realize it was updated!
@Keith Boone did the CapabilityStatements get any changes? It looks like there are some additional testable (SHALL and SHOULD) requirements in here too.

he definitely updated the narrative for transaction 1. no idea if that all got reflected in capabiltiystatement
