We've been unable to find a FEMA CSV template. Does it make sense to just base the CSV on what's in the FEMA MeasureReport examples?

For example:

  • collectiondate
  • totalOrdersIncrease
  • totalTestResultsIncrease
  • positiveIncrease
  • totalOrders
  • allReports
  • latestReports
  • rejected
  • totalTestResults
  • positive

To my knowledge, there isn't one. A few weeks back I wrote code to generate the correct .xlsx file, but it may not be working with all the recent changes (I'll put it on my list to check).

@Gino Canessa Where do I find the source CDC (csv) and FEMA (csv or .xlsx) files that were used to seed the FHIR servers with their measurereports.

@Sean McIlvenna , sorry - just saw this. Each of the Measures has a list of related artifacts, which points to the original file information. I also put the list in the info file here
