Topic: CVX Vaccine Codes
Abbie Watson (Mar 14 2021 at 04:28):
Does anybody know if CVX codes for the new coronavirus vaccines are being worked on? Where would we find those?
Peter Jordan (Mar 14 2021 at 04:58):
All the ones that I'm aware of, from around the world, can be found here...

Abbie Watson (Mar 14 2021 at 05:09):
That will do! Thank you so much!
Abbie Watson (Mar 14 2021 at 05:19):
Looks like the CVX codes are: 207, 208, 210, and 212
I was searching 'coronavirus', since the other vaccines are listed as adenovirus, heptatitis, haemophilus, etc. But apparently they're all listed under COVID-19, so my search wasn't matching.
Peter Jordan (Mar 14 2021 at 06:16):
I got the CVX ones from here... https://www2a.cdc.gov/vaccines/iis/iisstandards/vaccines.asp?rpt=cvx
Carl Leitner (Mar 15 2021 at 15:59):
FYI: WHO will be standing up a Product Catalog with codes, including ICD-11, and other metadata...
Peter Jordan (Mar 23 2021 at 20:58):
@Carl Leitner - see the discussions on ICD-11 Codes for COVID-19 Vaccines in the Terminology Stream.
John Moehrke (Mar 25 2021 at 11:36):
Note the WHO has set some principles around the concept of Vaccine Certificate that we should all keep in mind.
