On Wed 3/4 in the PC WG Care Plan call, we reviewed several issues with and questions about the US Core CarePlan Profile and FHIR CarePlan Resource in general. The first attached document describes those issues in detail. The second attachment provides additional information and issues relevant to items 4 and 5.
This material will be discussed again on the 3/18 PC WG Care Plan call.
