Hello,
Is there a sign-up sheet for the Care Coordination track? We're probably only going to shadow/observe, and focus on loading up the track artifacts; but we also have the Gravity Screen App server available. If we're going to turn those servers on and upload questionnaire artifacts, might as well start implementing Care Coordination as well.
