Today we kick off the Care Coordination track at 5:30pm ET. Please follow this zulip chat to hear updates. This track will follow testing activities executed first within the Gravity SDOH track and the PACIO eLTSS track. Care Coordination testing will begin Friday April 15th.

For the Care Coordination Track, we will follow the below schedule for today:
4 to 4:30: HL7 Kick-Off (use link provided in HL7 email)
4:30 to 5:00 pm: Attend PACIO/eLTSS Kick-off
5:00 to 5:30 pm: Attend Gravity kick-off
5:30 to 6 pm: Attend Care Coordination kick-off
