I am looking for the DSTU1 version of the validator_cli.jar, unfortunately page http://hl7.org/fhir/DSTU1/downloads.html points to the latest version. I would be grateful if anyone can provide me the file.

there is no validator for DSTU1 anymore - that's no longer a supported version
