The version element of the generated SD is being set to the fhir version. Would than be better coming from metadata from the fsh file?

I _think_ the version should be coming from the package.json file in your "FHS Tank" (project folder) -- but it's possible there's a bug in there. We'll check on it.

ta. my package.json has a version of 0.1.0 so I suspect a bug somewhere!
