often times i want to create Instances or Profiles and not use the IG Publisher. A second minimal-init function would be nice to create a minimal structure with FSH-input and Output folder.

Hi @Patrick Werner -- we're trying to keep SUSHI init as simple as possible, but please feel free to log an issue over at https://github.com/FHIR/sushi/issues and we can look at it. Perhaps we can just add one more question in the dialog: Should this project produce a full IG?
