I'm not sure if we thought about it in regard to instances, but for translating an existing StructureDefinition (profile/extension) into FSH, @Mark Kramer came up w/ "Hatchery". While we think it's a super cool idea, we're currently focusing on development of the language and SUSHI reference implementation. Of course someone else can always pick up the idea and run with it! Er... swim with it?
