Currently, I change the input/fsh to input/_fsh to disable the ig-pub from running sushi using a custom bash script. Is there another (better) way to approach this. like a switch on the ig-pub or telling sushi to use another directory so that the Ig-pub won't try to rerun sushi? I'm using the latest sushi btw.

@Eric Haas -- I think you should be able to use the -no-sushi flag w/ the publisher.
