Note: FSH does not currently support definition of relationships between local codes, such as parent-child (is-a) relationships.
Is supporting child concepts in FSH on the roadmap? I am guessing that it is just-advanced-enough to be beyond the simplifying assumptions for Sushi...

Hi @John Moehrke -- support for defining hierarchical code systems was introduced in STU2 (which is pending publication). Here's the relevant doc on the CI build: Defining Code Systems with Hierarchical Codes. SUSHI already supports this, so give it a go!
