Topic: Sushi problem with IHE.ITI.PIXm uppercase package naming
Oliver Egger (Dec 13 2021 at 14:13):
With the lastest update to sushi, sushi could not resolve the package IHE.ITI.PIXm#3.0.0 anymore, if the dependency is only provided in the implementation guide resources and not sushi-config.yml, see details here. I think it makes sense to change the package name in the next release to lowercase, but maybe someone stumbles over the same problem ...
Chris Moesel (Dec 13 2021 at 14:22):
HI @Oliver Egger. That's not intentional. We'll take a look at it to see if we can provide a fix so it continues to work as it did before.
John Moehrke (Dec 13 2021 at 14:28):
I sure did cause you lots of pain this release... :-)
David Pyke (Dec 13 2021 at 15:07):
I nominate @Chris Moesel as the FHIR Grinch for 2021!
Chris Moesel (Dec 13 2021 at 15:21):
I hope I am more like the Grinch at the end of the movie than the Grinch at the start of the movie!
David Pyke (Dec 13 2021 at 15:35):
You've stolen all the IG love. We're waiting for your heart to grow three sizes and release a fixed version of sushi
Chris Moesel (Dec 14 2021 at 00:46):
OK, @Oliver Egger and @John Moehrke -- the brand new SUSHI 2.2.3 release handles this much better now! And by that I mean it actually loads the dependency despite the mixed case.
@David Pyke - am I invited to the Who Feast now?
David Pyke (Dec 14 2021 at 01:04):
You can even carve the roast fish
Elliot Silver (Dec 14 2021 at 01:04):
Is that done with slicing?
Oliver Egger (Dec 14 2021 at 10:28):
@Chris Moesel thanks a lot, I can confirm that 2.2.3 is handling upper case package names without sushi-config.yml :+1:
John Moehrke (Dec 22 2021 at 14:16):
note, I am moving (eventually) IHE to lowercase. Will take some time for governance.
