While trying to figure out an error, I went through the documentation again and figured out my folder structure was different. Later seeing this message I realized this part needs to be updated (see link below).
folder "fsh" should be under "input", so this part needs to change accordingly

from :
"Look for <root>/ig.ini, where <root> is the folder containing the fsh subdirectory."
to:
"Look for <root>/ig.ini, where <root>/input is the folder containing the fsh subdirectory."

(I'd suggest something like this, which to me is more understandable):
"Look for <root>/ig.ini, where <root> is the folder containing the _input_ folder, which itself includes other subfolders such as fsh."
