Hi everybody, we recently migrated our IG to FSH (https://github.com/phenopackets/core-ig). I am now trying to get the published version of the IG onto github io, but for some reason I cannot get our build script (/bin) to work. I am wondering if anybody can point me to a good example or tutorial of how to do this? thanks! Peter

why not publish it through build.fhir.org?

I wrote this description of how to do it last year. It's mostly still accurate. You can also check the repository I was working with to see the latest in action. @Jose Costa Teixeira also has some experience with this.

Thanks, this is really useful. It is "almost" working, but the build fails with

  • fsh-sushi@1.3.2
    updated 9 packages in 4.257s
    Checking internet connection
    Offline (or the terminology server is down), unable to update. Exiting
    Error: Process completed with exit code 1.
    (using either script)
    I will try later on...
