Yo @Chris Moesel - this maybe belongs in 'IG Creation', but I thought I would try here first. If this doesn't appear to be SUSHI related, let me know and I will move it.
I ran SUSHI on my spiffy new Breast Rad IG, and when I run that output through publisher, I get the following error. Ring any bells?

I can't speak for @Chris Moesel , but I've never seen that error before. If you are able to share something that would let us recreate this, we could check it out and try to figure out if that is an issue with SUSHI, but I don't think that is a known issue with SUSHI's output.

Hi @Kurt Allen -- not ringing a bell very loudly, but I detect some faint memories of the Jira XML file maybe? Probably wrong, but bringing it up in case it echoes any ringing bells for you.

My bad. I used notepad++ to pretty print my index.xml, and it added the line
<?xml version="1.0"?>
to the top of the file.
