I'm working with parametrized rule sets and I'm observing that my life and my fsh could be simpler if we had the possibility to have optional parameters in rules.

I want to add a concept to a codesystem, including translations. If I add a french translation, the french designation should be added.
But If I leave it empty, it should not be added, not even as ""
