Not superimportant, but it made me wonder - what was the reasoning behind changing the nomenclature of profile ids from UpperCammelCase to profile-name-separated-with-dashes? Purely a stylistic choice or does FHIR provide any 'best practices' recommendations on this (that other IG creators should follow as well)?

The ids you might see in documentation and tutorials are examples only. FSH users can use whatever approach toward ids that they want. If you don't specify an id, in fact, FSH will use the name as the id.

I don't know if there is an established best practice, but we tend to often follow practices we see in US Core, which we view as a mature and well-designed IG (but perhaps, as Americans, we are biased). In US Core, the all-lower-separated-by-dashes pattern is used. For example: us-core-observation-lab.
