In the StructureDefs, we have the description and the title, which populate the artifacts page. For instances we don't have the Description but I recall some discussion about an extension. Is there anything done on this yet?

The description and title for an example properly live on ImplementationGuide. If we define extensions to appear on the examples themselves, those would need to be stripped off the examples and moved into the IG as part of the publication process.
