Just a trivia issue, i have 26 instances (16 physical files and 10 inlines), sushi gives the message: "info imported 27 definitions and 26 instances" but in the sushi results table it says 24 instances.
Edit: the delta is 2 and the inlines are contained in 2 files, coincidence?
Edit2: I've added a bundle with 3 inline instances and now get 30 and 25
Edit3: The inline instances in the different files had the same name. If they are all unique i get 30 and 30!

Interesting, that does make sense, good detective work! And this is also a good reminder that we need better handling of naming conflicts in SUSHI. For now I'd definitely try to avoid naming conflicts since, as you can see, they can lead to some undefined behaviors.

Yeah - I was. wondering if duplicate instance names (for the same profile) should be flagged as an error - it would generally be an oversight I would have thought...
