Interesting observation: FHIR Shorthand quite nicely renders as Markdown, as long as you make sure to add double space to the end of most lines to force a line break: https://simplifier.net/FishTesting/FishPatient-duplicate-2
(and rename the file from .fsh to .md to be able to upload it for now)
