Is it possible to have a single extension definition, then when used in a profile can specify a different ValueSet? For example Australia has an extension for Grounds for concurrent supply. Suppose we wanted to use that extension - but with a different set of concepts. If you can - then how do you configure that in sushi?

Yep - that worked just fine, and passed the IG published as well!

@David Hay -- looks like you found it out already, but yep -- SUSHI supports this. You just reference the extension value using the correct path syntax and set the binding (like you set the binding on any other coded element).
