Dears, I have the definitions of CodeSystems and ValueSets in xml files, when I run sushi command, they neither appear in the result screen nor in the implementation guide, could you please help in where should I put them and how could sushi detect them in the implementation ?

If you put them in input/vocabulary or input/resources, then SUSHI should load them and recognize them (so you can reference them from other FSH definitions) -- but they won't show up in SUSHI's summary at the end because that summary only shows definitions converted from FSH. But then when you run the IG Publisher, they should end up in the resulting IG (since the IG Publisher looks in input/vocabulary and input/resources (among other folders).
