Should I be concerned about these:
npm WARN optional SKIPPING OPTIONAL DEPENDENCY: fsevents@2.1.2 (node_modules\fsh-sushi\node_modules\fsevents):
npm WARN notsup SKIPPING OPTIONAL DEPENDENCY: Unsupported platform for fsevents@2.1.2: wanted {"os":"darwin","arch":"any"} (current: {"os":"win32","arch":"x64"})

Hi @David Pyke -- I haven't seen that lately, but I've seen it in the past and was able to safely ignore it. It's interesting, however, that you're seeing it for the first time now. Also, is there a reason you're choosing 0.16.1? We expect 1.0.2 to work for pre-1.0 projects, so if you find that not to be the case, we'd like to know.

I'm using a non-HL7 template and not sure about template issues so I'm holding on to pre-1.0 for this IG

but running sushi didn't show up any new errors

@David Pyke -- OK. Still, I expect that 1.0.2 would not cause any problems as long as you keep the project structure in the pre-1.0 layout. There are only specific template requirements if you also change your project structure to use input/fsh. If you get a chance, I'd recommend you at least try 1.0.2 to see if it causes any issues. I expect that it won't.
