Wie am letzten TC Meeting beschlossen wollen wir zwei Ballots durchführen:
Normativer Ballot: CDA-CH V2.1 (2020)
STU-Ballot: FHIR CH-Core (0.1.0)
Das Abstimmungsverfahren wird am 14.2.2020 starten, die Materialien werden dann für die beiden Ballots online bereitgestellt. Der aktuelle Zwischenstand vor der Publikation ist unter CH-Core sowie CDA-CH.
Um am Abstimmungsverfahren teilzunehmen braucht es einen Account von http://www.hl7.org/ und ihr müsst Mitglied der HL7 Benutzergruppe Schweiz sein.
Teilt mir den hl7.org Account bitte bis am 14.2.2020 per E-Mail (oliver.egger@ahdis.ch) mit damit ihr am Abstimmungsverfahren teilnehmen könnt (für Organisationen als Mitglieder können 2 TeilnehmerInnen teilnehmen). Wir brauchen mindestens 10 TeilnehmerInnen damit das Abstimmungsverfahren überhaupt erfolgreich sein kann!
Am 14.2.2020 werden wir auch informieren, wie die Stimmen/Kommentare angegeben werden können. In der Beilage der Zeitplan sowie die Ballotregeln.

As decided at the last TC meeting we want to perform two ballots for:
Normative ballot: CDA-CH V2.1 (2020)
STU ballot: FHIR CH-Core (0.1.0)
The voting procedure will start on 14.2.2020, the materials will then be provided online for the two ballots. The current intermediate status before publication is available at http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/index.html and http://e-health-wiki.ch/index.php/Ehscda:CDA-CH_2017_(specification).
To participate in the voting procedure you need an account from http://www.hl7.org/.
Send me this account by email until 14.2.2020 so that you can participate in the voting procedure (for organisations as members 2 participants can participate). You need to be a member of the Swiss HL7 affiliate to participate. We need at least 10 participants to make the voting process successful!
On 14.2.2020 we will also inform you how to indicate the votes/comments. Enclosed the timetable and the ballot rules.

The voting procedure is through with the following intermediate result:
Normative Ballot: CDA-CH V2.1 (2020): Yes (15), Abstain (1), 0 comments STU-Ballot: FHIR CH-Core (0.1.0): Yes (13) , Abstain (0), No (4), 29 comments Both ballots have achieved the required quorum.
Since the CDA-CH V2.1 Ballot received no comments and achieved a greater yes share than 80%, the specification will be accepted.
The FHIR CH-Core Ballot has a lower yes vote than 80% and negative comments. I have listed the comments separately in the Google Sheet and opened respective GitHub issues: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QsmHHNBoa3XYPjkeIvR7TutcTRkQHzpVkaLM14eDRDM/edit#gid=492689224
