Follow on discussion about Practitioner/PractitionerRole. This remains a sore point for many implementers and profilers, but is increasingly adopted by Practitioner directories and is starting to be hard to change.
In discussion with PA, we agreed that we would work on a white paper describing how common use cases would be solved using the current structure. This thread is working towards that
