In the X12 mapping guide, for a 278 Request, the HI01-01 field has this guidance:
FHIR Mapping: Use the values from Claim.diagnosis[0] in the mapping table DiagnosisTypeCodeMapping to determine this value.
However, we cannot find the mapping table. A table is included in the Response direction, but since it is not a one-to-one table, we cannot definitively use that table in the Request direction.
Has anyone encountered this, or can anyone provide direction on where to find the mapping table?
