@Jean Duteau - What is the preferred way to send provider address as part of the PAS submit request. The address attribute of the Practitioner resource does not represent the care locations. Is is acceptable to include PractitionerRole resources (and associated Location resources) referencing the Practitioner resources that are part of the PAS Claim payload?

Are you referring to the 2010F Service Provider? I don't see in the submit request where we need to support multiple addresses.

For both loops 2010EA and 2010F - if the client system needs to include the location where the provider will provide care/render a service - what is the best way to include this location in the request? Since the careTeam slices only have a Practitioner resource that needs to be included and Practitioner.address does not represent care location, how to include care location as part of PAS request?

At this time, you can't include the location. Since we are mapping directly to an X12 message and the X12 only allows one address, we decided that you would only include the Practitioner.address.
