For the use case defined has anyone started to author the FHIR content, i.e. Patient, Condition, Observation, etc. resources that reflect the patient in the use case scenario defined in https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=104580462 (order-sign paragraph)?

On this morning's PAS orientation call @Gary Gryan answered by pointing to this GitHub page:

That repo has non-patient resources, e.g. Questionnare/QuestionnaireResponse, Library and CQL files. However it doesn't have resources with patient data that reflects the 2021-05 DaVinci Burden scenario. Has anyone authored that patient content yet?
