@Jean Duteau I noticed the ClaimInquiry says the URL is [BASE]/Claim/$submit is this correct or a copy/paste error? How is the app supposed to know if it is a new Claim or an inquiry? It seems like only a couple extensions are different between the two profiles

i believe that is a copy/paste error. it should be Claim/$inquiry. Can you raise a JIRA issue so we can get that fixed?
