Maria D Moen (Jan 13 2021 at 20:42):
I don't see today's orientation on the agenda, can you ensure it is visible on the Agenda that is posted?
Siama (Jan 13 2021 at 21:44):
Maria - that is an old post. It is regarding the orientation was held on 1.30pm on December 16th, 2020
Siama (Jan 13 2021 at 21:53):

Please refer to our track page https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/2021-01+PACIO-eLTSS+Post-Acute+Care+Transition+Summary for the most up to date schedule information. Please reach out to me @Siama or Sean if you have any questions.
Maria D Moen (Jan 13 2021 at 22:11):
Great to know, thank you Siama!
Daniel Vreeman (Jan 14 2021 at 19:22):
Is there an (psuedo) DEL endpoint being used for the Connectathon? I couldn't seem to find it. If so, is it open or is authentication needed? Thanks! I'd like to take a look at some of the questionnaires.
Sean Mahoney (Jan 14 2021 at 19:49):
Here is a public endpoint for the pseudo DEL. http://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4/Questionnaire/
You just need to add the PAC assessment ID to the end like so:
http://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4/Questionnaire/MDS3.0-NC-1.17
Daniel Vreeman (Jan 14 2021 at 21:08):
For the MDS questionnaire, I think you need to use item.answerValueSet if you really want to represent both the LOINC answer code and the CMS DEL code for a response. When everything is inline for an item.answerOption, they become duplicative choices:

Sean Mahoney (Jan 14 2021 at 21:22):
Yes, that would be ideal. Do you know of an existing valueset that maps the LOINC and DEL codes?
Daniel Vreeman (Jan 14 2021 at 23:26):
Well, you sort of need a 2 step process, I think. First the ValueSet, then a ConceptMap to link the LOINC Answer code to the DEL code. The first part is done. All of the LOINC Answer Lists are defined as valuesets. For example: http://loinc.org/vs/LL5571-6. I don't believe that the LOINC Answer codes (e.g. LA30909-8) are linked to DEL codes in a ConceptMap. Do you really need the DEL answer codes? Other ideas might be the item.optionPrefix extension or ordinalValue (which is meant for numeric score values).

The DEL codes provide the scale, which implementers are using to assess patient decline/improvement.
