Hello everyone, how do I represent billing provider in R4 claim? I suppose field .provider with reference to organization should be used. Also another related question - is it true that semantics of .responsible in careTeam has changed since dstu3? Description says "Indicator of the lead practitioner" which is much more vague then "Billing provider" in dstu 3 spec :slight_smile:. I think right now .responsible means supervising provider on site rather than billing provider. Thanks!

@Tim Zallin yes, billing provider is Claim.provider. Careteam.responsible indicates if true whose service is being billed for - you may list the supervisor and rendering provider but only billing for one of them.
