Topic: What should I put in WHO DDCC:VS Document link.url
Rath Panyowat (Sep 23 2021 at 19:33):
I'm trying to create a document following the WHO DDCC:VS
https://worldhealthorganization.github.io/ddcc/StructureDefinition-DDCCDocument.html
There is an element name "link" with specifying the "link.relation" to be "publication". I can't remove this element because it's a required element. I've tried to research more on this. It looks like the URL should point to the publication manifest of the document (https://www.w3.org/TR/pub-manifest/)
From examples, it looks like the publication manifest is like metadata of the document (https://www.w3.org/TR/pub-manifest/#single-document-publication). But I don't know where I can get the URL of DDCC:VS's publication manifest.
I'm not sure what URL should I put in the link.url in this case?

Maybe @Carl Leitner or @Luke Duncan can help on this?
Carl Leitner (Sep 23 2021 at 22:01):
Hi. The URL should be the folder/list that contains the DDCC:VSs that are attached to a person. It follows MHDS. You may want to look at Part 2 starting about slide 17 here https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1WRjcGzeX5TQdj2mkVI8o-XJlyVR70L0BVrzn9HGETJk/edit?usp=drivesdk

Can provide more explanation later if you would like - just need to run and take care of kids now
Carl Leitner (Sep 23 2021 at 22:15):
There is one DDCC: VS per immunization event, each of them are grouped into the folder / list

@Carl Leitner Which FHIR resource and element should store the original HCID?
Rath Panyowat (Sep 24 2021 at 05:45):
@Rob Hausam @Carl Leitner Thank you very much for your help
Am I understand how it works correctly?
- We should create a List resource (conform to the DDCC Folder) and store the HCID there. I think it's identifier:uniqueId slice.
- Then, we create a DDCC document for each vaccination event. These documents will have a unique ID, but it's not the HCID. They just have to link back to the DDCC Folder in the bundle.link.url.
Carl Leitner (Sep 24 2021 at 11:15):
Yes the HCID is on the folder
John Moehrke (Sep 24 2021 at 13:03):
FYI: The Implementation Guide specification for the API to MHDS is ... MHD... and available https://profiles.ihe.net/ITI/MHD/
The MHDS is just a specification that adds a central FHIR Server to host all the server side stuff, and bring in other IHE specifications for security, privacy, user, patient management, configuration management, vocabulary management, and time -- MHDS is not published in IG format - https://www.ihe.net/uploadedFiles/Documents/ITI/IHE_ITI_Suppl_MHDS.pdf
John Moehrke (Sep 24 2021 at 13:04):
@Carl Leitner I think we need to have a discussion about the proposal to put HCID in the Folder, in addition to fundimentals about Folders that may not be obvious. but this is a topic outside of IPS use of MHD/MHDS
Carl Leitner (Sep 24 2021 at 15:19):
Ok. @Luke Duncan is out this week, let's chat with him next week
Rath Panyowat (Sep 24 2021 at 17:19):
@Carl Leitner @John Moehrke I see. Thank very much. I'll explore more on MHD
