Topic: Trillium II DocumentReference profile
Morten Ernebjerg (Aug 19 2020 at 07:10):
Hi all  I'm looking at the DocumentReference profile from the Trillium II IG as inspiration for DocumentReference handling in the Smart4Health project (no IPS profile on this). That brought me to two questions:
- There are major differences between the DocumentReference profile in the official (IG builder) IG and the profile from the Simplifier Trillium II project. Am I right in assuming that the Simplifier version is obsolete and the IG Builder one is correct?
- In the IG Builder IG profile,
DocumentReference.context
has been profiled out. Is the reasoning for this choice captured somewhere? I looked through some of the deliverables (e.g. "D3.5 Extending the Patient Summary with Imaging Results") and found some mentions, but am not sure if I am at the "true source".

Yes
Please consider that the TII guide has not been maintained since the end of the project, some issues identified and fixed during the IPS guide development have not been applied to the TII guide.

I looked through some of the deliverables (e.g. "D3.5 Extending the Patient Summary with Imaging Results") and found some mentions, but am not sure if I am at the "true source".The scope of this profile was to allow the identification and possibly the retrieval of external documents, for that reason the Clinical context of document was not considered relevant for this scope. However if I had to design the profile today I'd just leave that element unconstrained```
