but FHIR Condition says that pregnancy may be represented as a condition https://www.hl7.org/fhir/condition.html
Wondering if writing a query to retrieve pregnancy we'd need to account for the possibility that either might represent a pregnancy?

Yes.
Whether a system supplies a pregnancy status observation for every pregnancy supplied as a condition resource is up to the system.

I believe that I agree with Richard on this. But I wonder if we should consider the use of the Condition resource (as an option) for this in IPS. Thoughts? @Giorgio Cangioli, and others?
