Topic: IPS track Connectathon 25
Rob Hausam (Sep 09 2020 at 11:26):
Hi, everyone! HL7 FHIR Connectathon 25 is kicking off at 4:00PM Eastern / 20:00 UTC today. The IPS Track proposal is here. Apologies for the short notice, but we plan to have a track orientation session during the IPS call today at 11:00 AM Eastern / 15:00 UTC (Zoom meeting). We're looking forward to meeting up and making progress with IPS on the call and the Connectathon over these next few days!
Rob Hausam (Sep 09 2020 at 16:09):
Following the kickoff later today, our first activity tomorrow will be to meet at 8:00 AM Eastern / 12:00 UTC. This is a little earlier than the official start time, but it will be a bit better to get started early for those who participating from Europe and it may help avoid some conflicts with other tracks (apologies to US west coast folks!). We look forward to getting together tomorrow at 8:00 AM - and we'll further plan and coordinate our expected activities over the next 2 days.
Ian Bacher (Sep 09 2020 at 19:38):
@Rob Hausam I was hoping to join the IPS track, but I missed the orientation session and the link to the recording on Confluence seems to be private. Is there a publicly-available version of the recording?
Rob Hausam (Sep 09 2020 at 19:50):
Sure, Ian. Thanks for pointing that out - it hadn't occurred to me that the link might be restricted. The orientation was rather informal, but it may be useful, and I'll definitely get an accessible copy uploaded (I had trouble with the downloaded version before, but I should be able to solve that). I'll post in the chat again when the link is fixed. And we'll be meeting at 8:00 AM Eastern tomorrow and do further planning, as we noted above.
Rob Hausam (Sep 09 2020 at 20:37):
@Ian Bacher The link to the track orientation recording has now been updated on the Confluence page. Hopefully it should work now!
Rob Hausam (Sep 10 2020 at 03:05):
The International Patient Summary Kick Off session is now on the Whova app agenda tomorrow at 8:00 AM Eastern / 12:00 UTC. So join the session from there as we begin our track activities for these next 2 days.
