I've identified the issue that was causing my Server to reject IPS Bundles posted to it. It's (incorrectly) expecting Bundle.Identifier.System == "urn:oid:2.16.724.4.8.10.200.10". Later today I will correct this and replace that with a check that Composition.Type.coding.system=="http://loinc.org" and code=="60591-5"
