Topic: Break out with SMART Health Cards track
Neelima Karipineni (May 18 2021 at 14:36):
Hi all - can we setup a time for IPS track participants to interface with the SMART Health Cards for Vaccination and Testing track? Goal would be to review the SHC FHIR IG profiles for patient, immunizations and lab tests (observations) in comparison to the IPS profiles. We would like feedback on the IG and particularly the terminology gaps between the profiles. @Paul Denning @Yunwei Wang @Max Masnick
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 14:37):
@Neelima Karipineni Good timing. I was just looking at checking with you about that.
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 14:38):
Do you have an idea of when to do it?
Paul Denning (May 18 2021 at 14:39):
1pm to 2pm ET is bad for me
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 14:47):
When is good?
Neelima Karipineni (May 18 2021 at 14:52):
Our track report out today starts at 4:30PM ET (8:30P UTC). How does 3PM ET work then?
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 15:05):
I have a meeting with ONC scheduled from 3:00-3:30. But that would still give us an hour before your 4:30 meeting, so I think if we can make that adjustment that will work (at least for me).
Neelima Karipineni (May 18 2021 at 15:16):
3:30 should be fine. We can use the SHC Zoom for the breakout if that works, anyone who is interested in participating can just join at 3:30P ET.
Paul Denning (May 18 2021 at 15:17):
Sounds good
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 15:18):
Yes, that's great. We probably should get this on Whova and have it listed for both tracks.
Neelima Karipineni (May 18 2021 at 15:49):
Just submitted a new session in Confluence and notified Sandy.
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 15:51):
Excellent. I had let Mary Ann know that it was coming.
Rob Hausam (May 18 2021 at 16:02):
It's in Whova now.
Neelima Karipineni (May 18 2021 at 23:02):
Following-up on setting up a breakout for tomorrow - can we aim for 3:30P ET again?
Rob Hausam (May 19 2021 at 11:34):
@Neelima Karipineni Apologies for not responding earlier. It looks like that time is going to be difficult for me personally. My meeting with ONC that was supposed to happen yesterday has been moved to 3:30 today. And I have a personal item to accompany my mother at an appointment at 4:30. With the other IPS sessions this afternoon I do have 30 min. available at 3:00 PM EDT, and also 30 min. at 1:30 EDT, but that looks like about it for me. Not sure how it is for the rest of the group. Maybe we do it at 3:00 PM EDT, if that works for you, and then I can drop (or multitask) after the first 30 minutes?
Giorgio Cangioli (May 19 2021 at 12:29):
3.00 pm EDT overlaps with the HL7 International Council meeting (but this is a problem just for few of us :-) )
Rob Hausam (May 19 2021 at 12:31):
Does IC end at 3:30? Or when?
Giorgio Cangioli (May 19 2021 at 12:46):
3 -4.30 pm
Neelima Karipineni (May 19 2021 at 13:33):
Just spoke with Max who we want to be attending on our side - of those times, 1:30P ET would be the best for him. He is not free at 3:00P ET but 3:30P ET is okay. It seems like 1:30P ET might be better given the overlap with IC. Does that work?
Rob Hausam (May 19 2021 at 14:12):
@Neelima Karipineni We have a session that ends at 1:30, and the regular IPS Cross-SDO meeting that begins at 2:00 PM EDT. Let's go ahead and do it at 1:30, either for only 30 min, or we can have it go longer but some of us who need to drop and switch to the other call can do that.
Neelima Karipineni (May 19 2021 at 14:30):
Sounds good. Will submit an agenda item for 1:30P ET then. Thanks.
Neelima Karipineni (May 19 2021 at 18:12):
