never mind, I confirm that the first page (where it looks up the counts for all the resource types) is working for me. but all subsequent pages result in this:

I checked my server logs, but I don't see these pages even attempting a query (and they fail very fast)

ok, I figured it out. my chrome (v87) was blocking cookies and the site doesn't work without cookies

Yes, I think we are using the simplest persistence mechanism (cookies) to store session information. Sorry about that!
