When I start our Reference client targeting your server, I get different results on subsequent queries:

And these differ in the number of healthcareServices (there should be 158) from what I get hitting our Reference server.

We had a single 500 error in the logs and so I think that explains the initial 0 under HealthcareService (some issue connecting with our db which went away on retry).
I assume the 291 resources part is from loading different versions of the sample data (I never cleaned up in-between)

OK, cleaned up the old data, should be down to 158 HealthcareService resources now

Does this IG mention any search parameters as mandatory to be implemented by FHIR Server or all are optional?
