We just fixed discharge parameters issue.
Also you might experience network issue (receiving page in browser will throw different errors 504 or CORS or cannot subscribe) if you are using VPN or something similar (like Cisco Umbrella) :)

The network issue we've seen is related to the receiver app being able to successfully receive new alerts generated by the sender.
