The diagnosis type value set at https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/ValueSet-CARIN-BB-DiagnosisType.html uses SNOMED codes, but the code themselves are listed as principal, secondary, patient reason for visit and external cause of injury that do not look like SNOMED codes (I found a SNOMED 'reason for visit diagnosis' with code 406524005)
