From discussion yesterday, One quick point I wanted to capture is that we should not be "crossing out" fields unless there are very strong reason to. In particular, I think we probably don't want to prohibit extensions, which are sometimes the only way to say something in FHIR.

I'm note entirely sure what https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/EOB_Inpatient_Facility_mapping.html is vs https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/StructureDefinition-CARIN-BB-ExplanationOfBenefit-Inpatient-Facility.html -- the former shows up on https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/toc.html and the latter shows up on https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/profiles.html (but I'd expect the ToC to include full content).

Hi @Josh Mandel . The TOC links refer to the mapping between CPCDS domains and FHIR Profiles (rendered straight from the tabs within this Excel spreadsheet - @Diana Hall , our fearless IG mapping table renderer, can best address the formatting issues), while the Profiles page just specifies the target of the mappings in computable form. Btw, any idea on how the mappings could also be expressed in a computable form (FML)? Also, the L0, L1, etc columns refer to the levels within the FHIR resource/profile element structure.

fyi. the official URL for the patient profile resolves to a 404.
as of v0.3.1 STU1, URL is shown as http://hl7.org/fhir/us/carin-bb/StructureDefinition/CARIN-BB-Patient
