As per my understanding and based on this link: https://www.cms.gov/outreach-and-educationoutreachnpcnational-provider-calls-and-events/2020-12-09-interoperability . We have to implement Patient Access API and Provider Directory API by July 1st. Then Payer to Payer Data Exchange using Clinical Data and USCDI V1.0 is due for Jan 1st 2022. Is this correct?

This link is a bit confusing on the actual requirement: https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Guidance/Interoperability/index , It has a statement that says Clinical Data, Plan Coverage and Formularies to be implemented as part of Patient Access API. Does this meaning they due by July 1st 2021 or they can be developed as part of Payer Data Exchange due for January 1st 2022?

Is there a "best practice" for referencing the DaVinci CoveragePlan (Formulary) from a CARIN Coverage resource?
DaVinci has a defined extension FormularyURL that looks like a good fit, but I have no idea if it is acceptable to mix IG definitions

@Sai Valluripalli The original regulatory date for Patient Access API was 1/1/2021 but because of the public health emergency, CMS delayed enforcement of the rule until 7/1/2021. The P2P data exchange due date of 1/1/2022 has not changed.
