Is IG version 0.1.3 intended to be stable until balloting is complete?
Will there be a version 0.1.4 which will include dental and vision profiles?
The IG was update on 9.27.20 without an increment on the version and not documentation of change.
Trying to get my head around any future updates so we can finalize mapping and functionality. Apologies, if these questions may have been answered previously.

Re the the update on 9/27: just fixing a typo, so I didn't increment the version number.

We're targeting providing a version 0.1.4 in time for the October Connectathon. We anticipate there will be additional feedback requiring another version. We're evaluating into which version dental and vision will be added.
We tag each release, and it turns out that automagically causes the release to be available afterwards. Look at https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/branches/ and you can see all versions of the build released to date, including the STU1 ballot.
