Not a huge deal, but just noticed that the CARIN IG's service-date search parameter is likely misnamed, per FHIR conventions. Looking at other maybe-a-date-maybe-a-period fields like Observation.effective, I'd expect this search parameter to be named serviced, not service-date.
(Probably too late to point this out now, but figured I'd toss it out there, anyways.)
