Payer Claim Unique Identifier - this ID is generally consistent throughout the adjudication life cycle of a claim, though it could vary - do we know or expect this ID to remain stable in the EOB profiles throughout adjudication, until final claim status? Thx

The CARIN IG defines an adjudicated claims api. Claims that are in-process would fall outside of scope of IG if communicated.

Understood on that. Better stated, we would not expect a change in the Claim ID, with subsequent adjudications of that claim. Denied, appealed, paid - if a claim was adjudicated several times, we would anticipate the ID to remain consistent with each adjudication, and wondering if that is a correct expectation. Thank you -
