After discussion with Tim and team, I'm still not clear if the FL 67 - Present On Admission Indicator is or is the same as the CMS POA Indicator.

Could someone confirm or deny? Who maintains FL 67 value set?

Per the HL7 Terminology Authority, the POA codes are owned by the AHA. https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/CodeSystem-AHANUBCPresentOnAdmission.html. My understanding is that CMS uses the same set of codes. @Shamil @Corey Spears @Amol Vyas
