@Amol Vyas The definition for ExplanationOfBenefit.insurer states the reference would be for the organization that is responsible for reimbursement. With Medicare products, there could be FDRs involved that would be responsible for reimbursement. Is the intention to leak out competitive information or to really represent the Payer?
