There is an insurance.focal within EOB; how are we using this column because generally when we process a claim the secondary or tertiary plan becomes the primary in the process work flow.
As the primary plan is processed first then the following plans considering all are from the same payer.
But if the insurance plans are from different payers will we have two separate coverage resource?
